1. Application
The rigid stranding machine is used for stranding Copper wire, Aluminum wire and Aluminium alloy wires and conductors with long length and large cross section.
2. Features
2.1 All Cages, Pre-spiraling Heads, Taping Head, Capstan & Takeup are separately driven.
2.2 Stranding compressed, compacted round or sector shaped ( straight or pre-spiraling ) as per customer requirements.
2.3 All bobbins can be loaded/unloaded simultaneously by automatic loading equipment, thereby reducing loading/unloading time to Max. 30 minutes.
2.4 Rigid frame stranding is designed with 1+6+12+18+24+30+36 Bobbin Cage.
2.5 Bobbin: 500mm, 630mm, 710mm DIN 46397 Standard / Modified.
2..6 Disk type Pneumatic brake for cage.

6. Our factory and introduction
Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs. Annual output value is over 10 million dollars at present,and has developed into one of the most important Stranding Machine Manufacturer in China.
